MENU

Fruits = 2-3 servings per day
Vegetables = 4-5 serving per day

Milk and Dairy (or alternative, Soy) = 2-3 serving per day
Nuts and Seeds = to snack on between meals
Remeber 8-10 glasses of water a day are highly recommended
